July 7th, 12-Hour Private Charter
We had the great pleasure of taking out longtime customer of the Blue Fin, David Buhrkul and his group on Friday, July 7th. Mr. Buhrkuhl has been chartering the Blue Fin for over 30 years and we’re very happy he chose to book with us. It was a bit bumpy out there but we ended up with some nice Snapper and a bonus Kingfish.
July 6th, 12-Hour Open Boat Trip
We had a 12-hour open boat trip with 13 anglers. We caught a very nice limit of Red Snapper and an Atlantic Sharpnose Shark.
12-Hour Open Boat Trip, July 3rd
Our Monday open boat trip was an extremely light load with only 8 fishermen. It was our best Snapper fishing of the season so far. We had Red Snapper up to 18lbs and we picked up a 50lb Ling.
12-Hour Open Boat Trip, July 2nd
Sunday’s open boat trip ended up with 14 passengers. We fought an insanely strong current and it made for a slower bite but we ended up with a solid limit of Red Snapper and a very nice Dorado.
12-Hour Private Charter, July 1st
We had Justin Morris and his crew onboard. Justin has been fishing with Matt since 2008 and it was great to have the group out with us on the Blue Fin. Fishing was great, we had a limit of Red Snapper up to 15lbs and a decent variety to go along with them.
5-Hour Jetty Private Charter
On Thursday, June 29th we took Tommie Yeiter and her group out for a 5-hour jetty private charter. We caught a few fish and had a great time.
