36-Hour August 5th-6th
A huge thank you to our long time customer and friend Doug Johnson for putting together this private charter 36-hour. It was a bit of a rough start to the trip but they ended with great catch overall. There were 100 Blackfin, 40 Red Snapper, 6 Scamps, 1 AJ, 5 Dorado, a pile of Vermilion Snapper, and 13 Kingfish.
August 3rd
We had another successful 12-hour open boat trip on August 3rd. There was a very nice limit of Snapper caught along with a bonus 69.6lb Ling.
August 2nd
Jim Farris booked a private charter with us to celebrate his birthday. It was a great day offshore. His group caught a limit of Red Snapper, numerous Vermilion Snapper, a few Amberjack, and handful of other bonus species.
36-Hour July 31st-August 1st
We had a 36-hour open boat trip on July 31st with 9 anglers. They caught double limits of Red Snapper, a boat limit of Amber Jacks, 100 Blackfin, with a few bonus Kingfish and Scamps. The Yellowfin didn’t want to cooperate but it was a great trip overall!
July 30th
Another great open boat 12-hour trip on July 30th. There was some nice Snapper and Kingfish caught amongst an awesome group of customers.
July 29th
We had Captain Sam Hardeman and his family out on July 29th. He definitely put his family on some nice Snapper. Captain Sam and Captain Matt have been running boats together for over a decade and it was great having him out on the Blue Fin.
